Yeah I already looked into it, eggs are pound for pound and calorie for calorie a very POOR source of protein. Example: 50g of protein from even low quality whey can be 300 calories 5 grams of fat and no cholesterol
to get the equivalent with egg would require 8 eggs totally 650 calories, 40 grams of fat and 500% of your daily allowance of cholesterol. Now dietary cholesterol isnt the same as blood cholesterol but still shouldn't be consumed that much. Not to mention the sheer volume of eggs needed is much greater than whey protien.
