I bought AJ;s book – recipes look great my only comment about them is I'm one person and these look like they are a family size which would be like 5 days for me.
What was the book she referred to in the beginning on sweetners? Specially powdered Stevia being a chemical.

Anyone know if vanilla beans can be dehydrated and ground? I have 6 beans and just the inside is supposed to be scraped out and used AJ mentioned the powder is ground vanilla bean so I just wondered if I could make my own.
I have Chef AJβs Unprocessed book and in the book the streusel recipe doesnβt mention the vanilla powder. How much are we supposed to use?
