Indians eat more carbs and less beans, dal etc Also Indians don't eat leafy veggies in bulk. It's over cooked vegetables mixed in watery curry and lots of masala. That's why Indians don't have muscles. They r skinny fat. We suck at most sports too.

People who say, vegetarians don't get enough protein actually do not know vegetarian food at all!!!! Just one example, for the protein from legumes and pulses to be optimally absorbed, you need to combine those with 'saag' or greens.

100gram is completely from milk and eggs complete protein
And 80 grams is from plant
Incomplete source like soya and moong daal
Is it ok or do i need to add something

I workout a lot and very tuff training
Will it effect my performence

Diary products can provide complete protein and Vit B12. Veganism is the real problem
Vegetables do have protein but they do not have something called as "complete protein" which means veggies do not have a full amino acid profile

Itnaa rice khaane ke baad 2-5 gm potein milta hai..combine karne se bhi kaam nai chelega inse.
