How do you plan out your weekly meals for your weight loss journey? What's your strategy? Thank you for watching. 😀
On BLE 6 ounces is the serving for beans, not 4 ounces . I am also trying to combine BLE and the Starch Solution. The serving size for lentils on BLE is also 6 ounces . Roasted chick peas is 2 ounces .
I have never tried writing down my meal plan, i usually just have an idea in my head. I’m not quite as detailed of a planner but I think writing it down ahead would help me stay on track! This way of eating is 100% new to me so looking up and planning recipes would help me get going I think!
With your weights on the beans, quinoa and lentils, is that the cooked or dry weight?

I use a food App called “Lose It” to track my food but for those who don’t have a App, tracking food like you did is a great idea
Counting calories works as well!
I'm starting this journey too and I'd like to know do you get sleepy after these meals? I'm so fatigued, so much carbohydrates in these vegan meals. Wondering if this is right diet for me.

Why do you plan meals by the ounce?
Our stories are very similar! We weigh the same, have close to the same goal weight, I also am having to get back on track after gaining. I previously had success on BLE and am now doing the Starch Solution. I'll follow your journey and do this along with you! 😊 Hopefully it will keep me motivated.
