This makes about 3 servings:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder (120 ml)
1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour (120 ml)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk (60 ml)
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Roll into small balls
3. Place the balls on a baking pan lined with parhment paper
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes (depending on their size)
5. Store in an air-tight container

Make sure baking powder is gluten free too! Only learned that recently there's gluten in normal baking powder
