    Seems like I naturally developed something close to intermittent fasting. I often eat only one meal per day. Sometimes two. But I am snaking in between.

    So normally I like a big meal at round 9pm and having that I can go with OMAD. I Occasionally have a small lunch between 12 and 3. Having a full meal at that time will not allow me waiting 24h without hunger. – so basically, switching my big meal to before 8pm and reducing my snaking and pushing it between 12 to 8pm I will fit the 16/8 model. And, skipping snaking on those days I only eat one meal already will change the day to an OMAD day. I mostly don’t sneak because of hunger. Normally it’s just for the pleasure. Seems to be very small changes to a slightly more healthy or beneficial lifestyle. Well, I do like a good night drink (warm water with cinnamon, paprika and some honey) before going to
    Sleep. I guess I can still go with that when I skip the honey.

    I tried fasting and it’s definitely not for me. I can do the 16-18hrs easily.. but when it’s time to eat, I binge eat. No thanks.. brunch and dinner for me only

    Been doing 18:6 for 3 months and was doing great with the weight loss however then I tried OMAD for 2 weeks and actually GAINED a pound. Was so pissed lol. I think my body's metabolism just slows down WAY too much once I start doing OMAD.

    Anyone know if a 12/12 fast works well? I need to be up at 7:30 to eat breakfast before I work out (I eat 2scrambled eggs, and yes, my body needs it to keep going), then I have work from about 10am-6:30pm. I generally have a larger lunch and dinner around 7. I’m not sure I can make a 14/10 fast work, so is 12/12 good?
