    I am 20 years old and mko rheumatoid arthritis hai….meri body vatta type h….mne satvic movement ki videos dekhi or completely unko follow kia….but mko benefit se zda nuksan uthana pda….mai underweight hogyi or tbse mera weight bdh nhi rha h….inki diet..vatta prakarti k logo k liye thik nhi h….mai koi hate comment nhi kr rhi satvik movement channel k liye….but hmm unka diet sbke liye nhi h….apni body k requirement k hisab se diet lo….and hnn thanku so much mam ❤apne property bataya iss video mai😊

    @salila plz continue this good work of yours … it’s very important to educate people on the dosha of the food and the person.. what time one can eat what food etc. Which is our rich Indian traditional knowledge.

    These type of shorts are very enlightening and a big thank you for your work.
    But don’t compare saatvik or any other channel … the more we compare the more hate will follow you. You take each hyped up drink or dish or salad and educate us when we can consume or who can consume…. Focus on your work and you will flourish a lot.

    When people find value in your videos automatically then will know what is fake and hyped up information form other channels …. You show us the real knowledge so plz continue onky on that.

    I think satvic movement's diet is only beneficial for those who are overweight or suffering from some health problems. For normal people who are healthy and not suffering from diseases a balanced meal is required which satvic movement doesn't offer. Ofc we can take some hints and inspirations from them but solely relying on this diet can be problem causing in the long run.

    1.They have mentioned when to have such detox juices and when to have nourishing juices.. it is her satvic diet and not ours. So one can choose which juice to have in the mornings.
    2. They suggest us to have such dinners before 7 and soupy dinners after 7.
    3. They have mentioned all the pros and cons and what our body type requires and the vast difference between requirements of two different bodies..
    4. She is sharing her satvic diets and at Satvic programs, we get to make our own diet plan.

    There's a reason, I m not saying satvik s all 100 percent right juz coz dey r popular channel! But dey hv literally impacted many ppl s health positively! Soo ppl give a proper credit to them before giving a negative feedback on them!!

    Mam, though you are very much right what you are claiming, this video looks lyk its a video against satvik, where as satvik has transformed many ppl health, solved many health issues for their clients.

    Take this as a constructive criticism, wen you make a video it shuldnt look like you are against someone, instead you shuld hv given credit to satvik for bringing positive lifestyle changes in ppl s life, n den u shuld hv given points where ayurveda disagrees!

    By d way It's not Naturopathy vs Ayurveda!

    How about kfc or McDonald or dominos. Is it suitable for all body types?. They deserve more criticism. There is no single diet plan for our bodies. Satvik movement is just a guidance and good that they have managed to change so many lives which we couldn’t do. Even if we don’t appreciate their efforts let’s not criticise them. All are humans and no body is perfect. Let’s experiment with our bodies and find what is good for us and not just blame others.
