Question, what did they say? At 51:53 thru 52:00 in the video they talk about freezing white potatoes, then thawing them and they taste more like??? I can't understand what Nick said about after it thaws. Does anyone know? I'd top them with cilantro…yum!

PLEASE Lissa, please try making the tacos in the Bright Kitchen molded round taco tortilla tray. Realistically you already know that 1/4 c fills your molds, so people could just use 1/4c in the Bright kitchen molds, and smooth it out maybe with the bottom of a glass, or something else flat. Would love to see how easy they are to use to use. Unfortunately you'd only be making 1 tray of 4 at a time unless you have multiple trays. I read the reviews, people say things pull up more easily once the contents cool after dehydrating.

Whats the diameter of the taco shell circles on the template? I bet you could make one on a 3d printer!!
