    Mango 🥭 is one of my daughter's favorite fruit after…Strawberry 🍓(see your Strawberry Cake comment..😉)

    So for this Cake, I read the comments and someone says Agar-agar has a kind of after bad taste, and my daughter already said same thing when I used…
    Maybe can substitute Agar-agar andd water with more Coconut Milk or Cream, even more cashews maybe?

    I have same question for Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓 too please if you can help?

    And all your Cakes including this one can be frozen once done like Cheesecakes overall?
    They set up well firm and quickly this way…besides good long conservation!

    We can use frozen fruits but defrosted (or cake filling will be icy and flat?)

    Tried this recipe. Agar tastes awful and my mango layer didn't get thick, it was thin gruel. Lemon zest spoiled all the taste because together with agar it killed its taste.
