Maybe can substitute Agar-agar andd water with more Coconut Milk or Cream, even more cashews maybe?

They set up well firm and quickly this way…besides good long conservation!
We can use frozen fruits but defrosted (or cake filling will be icy and flat?)

It looks really nice, but if you boil the pulp, it is like the cake is baked though you don't put it in the oven.
What else can be used instead of coconut milk?

Tried this recipe. Agar tastes awful and my mango layer didn't get thick, it was thin gruel. Lemon zest spoiled all the taste because together with agar it killed its taste.
Are we supposed to leave it at room temperature to set? I put it in fridge instead? Is there a remedy? My cheesecake is still soft after few hours in fridge.
