Soda is bad, point taken but why nobody is talking about unhealthy bananas and oranges some of which was discovered has up to 16 different pesticides in them.
B12 levels definately go down on vegan diet. Mine went dangerously low to the point My fingers started twitching. And yes I was taking B12 supplements which apparently are not as effective.

Your shirts great and could be more colorful. What’s most distracting is the cabinet and plants behind you. It’s been distracting me the whole video because I’ve been wishing they were in my house and I’ve been trying to figure out where I can get one and where I would put it in my house.

I knew about cow's milk leaching calcium from the bones, but I didn't know about meat increasing frailty so thank you for this information. I'm already vegan but it gives me more talking points for to convince others to transition to a Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet.

I tried a vegan diet a few years ago to help with my diabetes and my weight. It didn’t work, mainly because I was eating too many carb. Even worse, it wasn’t the healthy carbs but mainly refined carbs, tons of fruits, chocolates and other junk. Obviously that wouldn’t work, but it was too hard for me to do it the healthy way. I fell off the vegan diet real quick, only a few months in.
More recently I tried a new diet, it’s called intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting. I fast for 3 days, and on my eating days I eat lower carb, meats and fish, eggs whatever. I wouldn’t call it keto diet, but I’ve massively cut down on my carbs, I stopped eating so much of the refined junk food, the sugary stuff. I still eat rice, but it’s brown rice. No more pasta, white rice. I skip white bread. Doing this, combined with intermittent fasting, and prolonged fasting, and walking every other day my weight has dropped 30lbs in 2.5 months. My blood pressure has gone down, my blood sugar has decreased and is now in the normal range most of the time. Honestly, if I switched to a vegan diet, a healthy plant based whole food diet and kept doing the intermittent fasting / prolonged fasting / walking, my results would probably be even better. End of the day, I found it way too hard to do.

Have you seen the low fat vegan study in the Oct 2022 Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics? I summarized for my non-vegan husband who immediately (and shockingly) ran out and bought an assortment of canned beans with all different varieties and seasonings. I was told not to eat them, they were all for him to try. Lol

Love your joke about breatharians. It is a very strange lifestyle they promote. I don’t feel badly about making fun, since most of them have got to be lying flat out – the lifestyle they supposedly lead is scientifically impossible. The only ones who aren’t lying are the newbies who got sucked in, and will soon run into major health issues.

Ive never been much of a conditioned eater. I was always super picky. When I went vegan I started learning new foods and new cooking techniques. Turns out Im not a picky eater, I was just looking at the wrong "menu"

Obviously you forgot to read and discuss the important studies about vegan and bone loss or depression. Vegans product revenues are going down such as Beyond meat and Oatly. No low carbs or carnivore would wear this shirt. Everybody have a different fashion style.
