Thank you !! Mist inspirational video. It confirms what I already know.thst I can lose weight without weight loss surgery. I don't have to alter my body to be healthy. Thank you and God bless !!!
I wish they would stop using the word vegan and just use the correct term – plantbased. Veganism is purely for ethics, it has nothing to do with nutrition. Horseback riding isn't vegan
Fabulous
This is amazing!! She got to pretty much my goal weight from 345 lbs in a year. I have just shy of 30lbs to go and have just switched to >95% vegan diet after losing the first 15lbs Sooooo slowly! Another 30 seemed a huge amount to lose, but looking at what she achieved it’s a trifle! If she could do it from where she started, anyone can once they have support to stick to it!😊
Veganism for 6 months to lose weight then add simple proteins. Having to get B12 shots is not natural
Plant power ❤
What's with the low quality videos for the interviews???
She’s such a sweetheart💕
Knew she could do it🫶🏽
I'm not a vegan but I cut down so much food on a calorie deficit. I only ate veggies, rice, eggs and protein shakes on a daily basis. Sometimes chicken
Wonderful documentary 💜🥰
WOOOOOW SO INSPIRATIONAL
Moment of teaching here: let's please all remember the difference between the terms "vegan" and "plant based".
Vegan refers to someone abstaining from the consumption of all animal products for ethical vegans related to animals. Plant based refers to a DIET that one follows.
A vegan is always plant based but plant based person is not always vegan. It is important not to conflate these two. Someone who follows a plant based diet could still wear leather and visit the aquarium, for example.
So if you are not in it for the animals, please use the phrase plant- based. It DOES matter.
What an amazing documentary ❤
Well done ❤
You are an inspiration ❤
Both of y'all are amazing. I have been plant base 6 yrs. 55 down …out having adventures. Loves
Thanks for the inspiration! ✨🏆💫
Great documentary 🎉
Outstanding. Congratulations. Be a role model for others. Professor-Elizabeth
I have been living a full vegan lifestyle for nearly 6 years.
Although it’s great that this video promotes a plant based diet throughout, I get frustrated that folk in the video are referring to it as vegan.
Veganism is not a diet it’s a lifestyle, eating the diet part only, means you are eating a plant based diet not vegan.
But either way, her transformation was amazing and I wish her a happy plant based future. 😊
I enjoyed this!!! Not overweight but was still inspired! Kudos to everyone involved with the film❤
I been vegan for 1 month but my knees stated to hurt so I stopped – we all different
Have to listen to our body
I think there is nothing wrong with animal protein but base vegetarian diet is plus
An incredibly inspiring video. Well done Tracy & great support and motivation from Carly
Well done Tracy 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A plant-based diet can be those Beyond meats and bread and those are fattening, with all those carbs
An amazing achievement. With such great support from ZEN………Not one Vegan said they did it for the animals too
I’am Whole Food highly raw vegan 🌱 and got rid of my diabetes, healed my heart and fatty liver. She needs the Nama J2 juicer you get a lot more juice!
I am vegan for more than a year 🎉
This documentary has opened my eyes. I've wanted to go vegan for around 5 years and I never really could keep it going. Today, I weight around 218lbs and want to reach 154lbs because I can feel the impact of my overweight in my life. This documentary has encouraged me to start a vegan diet and keep working at the gym. I hope I will never leave veganism again!
Thank you so much for this documentary, I'm very very happy I've found it.
I don’t think you need to be vegan to achieve this lady’s results. TBH, working out to the extent she did would have gained the same results. I do agree that cutting out ultra processed foods is crucial to a healthier body but that isn’t vegan it’s just being really mindful of not eating processed foods – and vegan processed foods such as, mock diary and meat is just as bad for you as processed meat and dairy foods.
👏👏👏
There are no benefits to a plant based diet except for eliminating preprocessed foods.
If Veganism is so healthy why do so many vegans have a need to take supplements??? Most plants contain defensive chemicals to help the plant survive against disease and vegans. Fruit especially when made into a smoothie contain sugar (fructose) which poisons the body. Most fruit and vegetables are sprayed with chemicals and a growing variety are GMO modified so I disagree that a plant based diet is the " healthy " option. The physiology of the human body is proof of this.
Congratulations to you both.
It was like watching Sylvester Stallone climbing those stairs in the first Rocky movie. So inspirational.
what a great person Tracy was to work with….very motivated and positive ..taking on the challenge like a real trooper and the responsibility for her health and fitness…Vegan is a great way of life….adding a quality to not only to your life but of other sentient beings…saves lives and the planet..thank you for this documentary…true winners!!!!
After all that exercise and plant base diet, any loose skin?
I love this! As a vegan I love chickens. They are wonderful sweet creatures. I plan to do this too in the future. You keep doing you boo!
What an amazing journey for her. And her fan club is the cutest I have ever seen ❤
I am vegan for health, the planet and the animals.
29 😮
Very very inspiring!
Congratulations to both of you. Well done!
So inspiring! Unbelievable transformation! And the honesty was so heartwarming!
I was wondering how did he got vegan meals in jail because jail feeds you the cheapest garbage for food ?
I was vegan plant based for years and I went from 200 to 265.. constantly eating all the time now I’m complete opposite and park my 1000 dollar “juicer super angel” in the closet and eat so much less.. we’d probably agree on seed oils and sugar however on meat I’m a huge believer in specifically red meat now since mice it’s so filling! Personal thought we’ve been under attack for years by what’s not really a health industry it’s opposite focused on treatment of disease and you can’t trust any studies especially since they’re s to much profit on the table selling drugs and over feeding the population empty foods and if not empty, lot of times it’s the inflammation that’s really the problem creating our health problems. Trying to claim it’s all about health and saving the planet-so if we’re so busy overindulging ourselves with empty calories that don’t benefit ourselves and those large farms feeding the masses take huge amount of resources… so how’s that saving the planet? If you sat down and went through the whole process of modern farming I’d bet if properly critiqued it would be let’s save the planet by _________ fill in the blank!
Don't run. It is a really bad idea to run when you are (even slightly) overweight. You'll end up with all kind of injuries, some of them can be very serious.
Use a row-erg instead or a bike-erg. You can get an extremely high intensity workout on these machines without the risk of serious injury.
Dont juice. Use a blender instead. Juicing just removes the fiber and concentrates the natural sugar in fruits.
I've seen this movie 2 or 3 times, I might have commented on it previously. For me, it's a reminder of what I need to be doing in eating a whole food plant based diet. When I focus on 'vegan' and not 'whole food plant based' I tend to gain weight due to too much vegan junk food – Cokes and Pepsis, fries, white bread, etc. I'm in the 60+ age demographic so I don't have time to mess around until 'someday.'
