I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. Thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I know this isnt true from personal experience. I went up in calories from different types of foods and lost fat fast!
    Calories from fat vs calories from bread for example can not be compared with a simplistic calories in, calories out equation. The body is much more complicated than that!

    Not true for me , calories has nothing to do with it, I'm on low carb diet and I eat calories much more before going into the low carb diet and I lost a lot of weight, it's what you eat not how many calories.

    Some people are carb intolerant..like me. I lost 216 pounds. I am 6 foot, and to date 168. I stay away from crap. Pasta, sugar, bread, fruit..yeah fruit .sugar is still sugar, fish and green raw veggies

    I also had a look at the research you cited and you only looked at large vs small meals varying in what participants said is dinner time, not being full when sleeping [and the study was inconclusive]. The other study showed sleeping metabolic rate drops significantly compared to basal metabolic rate [useless study to include for your point]

    So, eat 2-3 hours before bed and possibly take a walk after eating dinner for optimization.
