    Although I'm vegetarian I can tell u Non vegetarian diet is the best diet. You can get total essential amino acids, vitamins, omega 3 .
    Vegetarian diet lack in protein.
    Vegan lack in everything.😂
    I will definitely turn into a non vegetarian.

    All dairy product means you cannot eat ghii , panir , milk , makhan , dahi etc… Related to cow milk or goat milk ….. You have to avoid if you call yourself vegan .. but there is a lot of plant based milk available in market but i don't know more about it I just heard …

    सबसे अच्छा उपाय है,कम जनसंख्या।भगवान कृष्ण भी Vegetarian ही थे और उस समय गाय,बैल का कत्ल भी नहीं किया जाता होगा।बैल का खेती में उपयोग जरूर किया जाता था तो उसमें कोई बुराई नहीं क्योंकि किसान भी मेहनत करता था और उस बैल को भी चारे के लिए लाठी,डंडे और पॉलिथिन नहीं खानी पड़ती थीं। अगर बूढ़ी गाय और बछड़े का कत्ल किए बिना दूध मिलता रहे तो वीगन होने की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं।हमें इनके कत्ल रोककर वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए।और फिर जितने भी एनिमल लवर हैं उनका फोकस सिर्फ़ vegetarians पर ही क्यों है? बड़े-बड़े मुर्गी फर्मों और मछली खाने वालों पर क्यों नहीं है?जो अनगिनत हत्याओं के जिम्मेदार हैं।जनसंख्या नियंत्रण पर कुछ क्यों नहीं बोलते?बकरीद पर कुछ क्यों नहीं बोलते?जहां हत्याएं असीमित मात्रा में हो रही हैं उन्हें छोड़कर छिट – पुट की लड़ाइयां क्यों लड़ रहे हैं?😂

    If you are a Vegetarian like me just focus on what you eat try to consume paneer, soya chunk, milt, whey protein, and sprouts on daily bases this will help you to get enough protein you will stay healthy you can add more things based on your requirement like oats, dry fruits etc

    Aapko non veg k side affects bataane chahiye… It's not something to eat by people just for taste I agree bodybuilders might need it bt not every body can digest yeh gym hype dekhke people are eating excess of non veg which is not good for health I used to eat non veg n m not A+ as well but still my body was not digesting even after exercising n eventually got skin disease which become worsen due to the heat getting from non veg eggs majorly n I left n it's been 5 years I am completely vegetarian n my body healed by time. Some cases I have heard of my friends too due to eating of alot of eggs and non veg they got some srs issues so please it's a suggestion give some srs insights about the drawbacks of non veg coz people nowadays do things which is hyped by the social media. N i was high in vit b12 inspite of being vegetarian 😅 every body functions differently.. and lifestyle n type of food matters i eat each n every vegetable 😋

    I agree with you but gym have different diet. I don't trust soya because I have too much fat. I am Archaeologist so I follow two diets one is weigh tgaining another reduce weight. It depends on my traveling. In my diet in 25 days I have reduce 12 kg recently earlier I reduce 20 kg. Now I will try 30 kg. Simple way don't take dal only 2 litre of milk and than only salads especially pineapple on Sunday as it helps to kill fat cells. Daily in morning around 3 Am I take 100 gram of flax seeds. After that started gym.

    4:34 That is why lentils should not be treated as primary source of protein, they are sources of carbs which happens to have a good amount of protein in them. Also, peanuts are not a primary protein source, they are good source of healthy fat which happens to have a decent amount of protein in it.

    Blood group wali baat badhiya kahi Bhai.
    Dekha dekhi mein log kuch bhi kar baithate hain aur fir asptal ke chakka katate hai. Apni body ko smajke uske hisab se diet follow karna chahiye.

    Vegan diet pe B12 nahin hoga. Ab B12 ka importance ye hai ki iron absorption ke liye wo chahiye aur kuch metabolism pe bhi. Agar Iron nahin hua to naye blood cells nahin banenge, to Anemia hoga. Fir extra B12 supplements lena padega. B12 or Folic acid kuch jyada hi important hai sehat ke liye. Aur agar koi jyada green leafy vegetables kha raha hai to uska Iron absorption dheela ho jata hai. To thoda balance karke khaiye.
