Do you pay attention to protein? If so, how much would you say you eat? I'm newly plant based for health reasons, but 've been on a weight loss journey for three years and have gotten no where. Now, I know it's because of health issues and I wasn't eating right to heal my body. Just want to make sure I'm doing this right.

Well, this is a lot more realistic then the video's from the 20 year old millenials (iff I may say so). They give me the feeling that I have to achieve unreachable, unrealistic goals. Love your realistic content. Thank you for adding the recipes. Appreciate it a lot. Love your channel as a 40 plus woman.
I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast. For the last 20 or so years. I'm so boring.
No matter what fruit & seeds I add I always add diced zucchini for my veggie. Really feels like an apple to me. Anyway, I thought I did that yesterday morning, but when I went to make dinner, I was like why is there only half a cucumber? Yep, cause I added diced cucumber to my oatmeal. 🤭. It wasn't bad, but it did taste noticably different so I decided the dragon fruit was overripe and composted it.
Agreed! Frozen fruit in a bowl of oats it’s like dessert! I love adding frozen wild blue berries. I cook my oats with cinnamon & nutmeg, bananas for sweetener and add shredded carrots and zuke for veggies. It’s like a carrot cake!
