Please!! If I can have a doctor respond to me, I’ve been doing this way of eating since January 2022 and I have gained 25lbs I am now 185 and used to be 125 on a fat day. I have taken all I can take out that might be making me fat – bread, rice, tortillas, and I am still gaining. I am in remission of BC that spread to spine – still on hormone shots and cancer meds. But what is causing my weight gain? It’s so frustrating, and I have bought chef Aj’s book, plantiful kiki book, brooke Goldner’s etc. none of these are helping! Completely wfpb no extra in anything! Please help!
