Bro can you please tell what can I do if I put more salt on the food by mistake and the food becomes really very salty which is untolerable and cannot be eaten.
I've been meal prepping for a couple months and it's been a blast. At home, I was always feeling sick from my parents adding sugar to everything, but now i can do whatever! I've been eating mostly the same things but I don't really get bored of yummy food
What does equal parts water mean? I guess it is a 1:1 ratio but is it in volume or mass?
Way more helpful and less overwhelming than all the meal prep videos I’ve seen yet 👌

Also, KWOOWK earlier in the video: ‘but ordering this and that takes away the joy of cooking and eating’
Been following this for a year, so useful and I've really improved my skills from 0 to being a decent cook now! This video has definitely been the most helpful for me
sure is convient to be able to buy all that stuff from a grocery shop…and also have an oven as a student
I've been following you for a while and just came back to this video for inspiration again, now noticing that this was literally shot in a building right around the corner from my school haha, I love how small the world can be
thank you!!! great video
It's good to cook up stuff that takes time to make like chicken. It is pretty difficult to reach my 100g+ protein intake with just normal meals. You'll need to supplement those meals with a couple chicken breasts.
thank you for this smart and helpful video
YOUU CASNOT EAT OLD RIFCVE YOU WILL DIE
What kind of blenders do you have or recommend?
This is so much better than cooking for lots of time and storing the same exact meal for the entire week; I really love this and can't wait to try it out! Thank you so much for this video, for the effort, for everything!
Lol replace ALL that in 4 days? Not even a week? Seems like more money but I do like the concept, perhaps there is a good combo of both this and meal prep.
oh, yes, a student dorm with an oven, rice cooker and a blender…
hard boiled eggs aren't good if left for longer than 2 hours. They start to stink af.
This is a very good video, but in my opinion it could be better if you talk about how to avoid bacteria growth on foods that have been stored on fridge and how to keep good quality meals stored, like for example I normally cook in the and keep it in the fridge overnight, I put it in my back pack and it just wait between 4-5 hours there to be eaten, microwave it for maybe 3 mins, isnt that bad still tho? Or is that fine? Thats basically my major concern on meal prepping
I love watching your chanel cuz you are like my big brother who i never had , also i also love beans. You have to get indian pressure cooker , we eat beans since forever, never ate canned beans cuz it takes literally 5 min pouring everything in pressure cooker and everytime you get perfect beans /lentils/whole grain/bulgar wheat (you will love it, i remember you said you loved sticky things in japnese breakfast video)
just rinse and soak them night before .
That’s a great video! Thank you for making it)
Close up of your groin, not best. I'm old enough to be your granma… Oh dear
Birdy
for me it’s also important to have comfort-eating meal(?) i mean i don’t want to smear all my face and hands with smear or keep falling out of sandwich vegetables… some meat/fish/chicken with garnish (buckwheat, fried or mashed potatoes) and dressing are just perfect
pasta or noodles are also great! very easy to do and flexible. if you have time, you can look for a recipe online but if that's not your case it's very easy to make your own sauce with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge or just throw some store bought sauce in it. You can also mix it with veggies or protein to make it a full meal!
love your vids man.
I only discovered your channel a week ago and I have been prepping like you for the past 2 years, brothers in lazy, fast but nutritious meals. The only difference is that I eat much bigger portions
Funny how i just realised i have been eating the same thing (rice and chicken curry) lunch and dinner EVERY day, for my ENTIRE life. ofcourse theres the occasional fancy stuff like biriyani or pilaf, and sometimes instead of chicken its beef, etc etc. BUT in general my main meal has been the rice and chicken curry forever. And i never noticed or questioned it. Goddamn im boring, but i think ill stick with it because its so good and its healthy 💀
Ok
My proudest "meal prep" was Costco grilled chicken (it tastes rubbish by itself). I'd take it apart with my hand when I got home and zip-locked & froze it. The bones and leftovers were boiled to make broth.
The chicken was sauteed with broccoli, cabbage, onion, spring onions, and spice or Asian sauce mix (oyster/soy/gochujang/ketchup).
The broth mostly went into making maybe an egg drop soup or two
This was my cheapest hack. Created 5-6 healthy, tasty & fast meals for $6-$7.
this is the best way of meal prep.
another tip is always having veggies that don't require cooking, like tomatoes, cucumbers and celery.
i also prepare sauce, hard boiled eggs, pickles, starches in advance.
My girlfriend has a low tolerance for spicy food, any recommendations for spices to use with this in mind?
r u in america , I mean jimmy joy is available in usa
As a Dutch person I approve of your spices
Everyone in this comment section is so nice 😭this is so wholesome, also this was really helpful! Thanks man!
I meal prep for my 5 work days. I make 5 dinners, 2 different ones, I alternate which one I have for dinner throughout the week. My lunch sandwich rolls are the same everyday though. A seeded/wholemeal roll (the big fat ones), buttered, lettuce, ham, mature cheddar cheese, sandwich pickle spread, a fat long pickle slice and some salt and pepper. I change the dinners I make each week so I don't get bored. I like variety and my method works for me as it gives me just enough variety. I wouldn't be able to have the same thing everyday for dinner.
Ngl. Smoked paprika is my favorite spice ever. It smells and Tastes so damn good.
I honestly really like cooking, so I don’t think I’ll ever do a ‘meal prep’ more than a day or a night in advanced.
Maybe I am a fan of salmonella, how's that your business 😒
When you mentioned fried rice and put the msg in it I heard "FUYIOH" from Uncle Roger in my head
This is actually helping me so much
The biggest issue is in my home country, food was made on fire on a gas stove. And In America, the room has no kitchen, just a microwave (which I only knew, so far, was just for heating left over meals). So I don't know how to cook with just a microwave. Add to that, I am not allowed to get an oven or cooktop etc, in short not allowed to cook.
