I understand that folks over 50 should up their protein. It is tricky because I learned in anatomy classes longalongago, so maybe inaccurate now, that too much protein affects calcium production negatively.

It all looks tremendous! I've wanted to move to the UK since I was about 6 years old. 40 years later when I see the quality vegan scene and the vastly superior vegan options in stores there, it makes me want to move to the UK all the more!

I've been making my own cereal in the mornings with just oats, sliced almonds and dates, and whichever frozen fruit I feel like. Usually blueberries or strawberries.
