The most important thing when training is always…..and i mean ALWAYS….is what you put into your body. So consumption control is very important if you wanna lose weight. Number 2 thing is sleep since the body is fasting. Do those 2 and the body will work itself out. Me…i eat pretty much i want but not alot of it. 3rd is exercise to build muscle.

I do the exact same but also prep my veggies (cut up cucumbers, onions, tomatoes) to throw easily into a salad/omlette/wrap.
