One shake I'll recommend is take 50 gram of rice flour cook it with half cup of water until it becomes thick add it in the blender and add 50 – 60 gram of channa sattu 4-5 almonds 5-6 dates 2 banana and honey according to you taste also can add other dry fruits and seed and also coffee or Coco powder this budget friendly recipes cost you less but definitely you gain weight in 1 month of regular consumption just be on fast once a week to increase its potential
