I urge you to reconsider this video. Babies are developing and need iron, iodine, vitamin b12, omega 3s, choline all extremely important for iq. You risk having the wrong person seek your advice and as a result have a low iq child. I think you might be doing more harm then good, this is not a scientific video by any stretch of the imagination, I ask that you research how important those nutrients are for the developing brain that’s almost exclusively found in beef, eggs and fish, please do not harm innocent babies veganism may be great for adults
Not suitable! Not nutritionally complete! Honestly, it is unethical for a Dr. to make this video and is against your Hippocratic oath. There have been multiple baby deaths documented due to this. It’s not because something is possible that it is not dangerous! Some people can use a lot of drugs and never get addicted so should you advise it? At least your brother seems to be a bit wiser.
We live in a world where, one out of two men & one out of three women will get cancer in their lifetime – due to – mostly – the food that they eat. If doctors REALLY knew how to give advice on how to be healthy (they don’t) we wouldn’t be in this situation. STOP asking your doctors what to eat & let’s start using our brains: what is more healthy, a bowl of fruit, or a plate of cooked dead animal meat floating in fat 🤢 🤷♀️ Great video!
The human body need a balanced diet consisting of both plant and animal based foods. A vegan diet cannot support this! There is a reason why we are omnivores/carnivores due to natural creation. Anyone who promotes a non-meat diet is lacking in intellect and reason. It is a fact vegan are deficient in vitamin D, vegans typically have lower plasma vitamin B-12 concentrations, higher prevalence of vitamin B-12 deficiency, lacking in zinc also. Plus soy products can be risky if consume excessive amounts of isoflavones.
happy to see youre back with science vids. Awesome 😎
I’ve just been trying to rationalise with people on a political channel. I’m on the left and I challenge others on the left to see their political opponents as human beings and not as the enemy. It’s horrible, I just get slagged off and insulted. It’s just the same if I go on a right wing channel and challenge them. The hatred is so intense on both sides.
Then there are the vegans. I love the vegans. They are like a tsunami of positivity. I think it must be the way they care for life. That’s why I’ve come here, to recover and repair. I’ve been a vegan for 2 years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
When it is preferable to put them on an omnivorous diet why risk their lives to a vegan diet. It is an experiment and very difficult to handle therefore we can not risk our children's health to it. Be a responsible parent and let the kid choose when of age. Till then a balanced diet between veg and non veg is suitable for kids.
Safe? what does that even mean ? , my diet consists of fruits and vegetables exactly what parents MADE me eat as child. Danger is in unnatural processed foods. Wait is this the guy who said he was leaving Social Media? Im so confused right now
Depriving babies of breast milk to fulfill some vegan fantasy is pure insanity, it's a shame the children have to suffer for this rather than the "woke" parents
Thank you! Very helpful 🙂
No they need raw meat.😂
@Dr Leo Venus , any good interactive, simple websites/apps which give an overview of all foods and nutrientents required for a vegan/vegetarian diet? Ofc, based on research such as the ones you mention in the video.

Our teeth are flat, Little flat teeth 😬🦷, like bonobos 🐵✅❤️😬🦷💪, they never eat meat, they are plant-based, 99% the same as us ! Scientific fact !! Choose to be ‘omnivores’, and get heart-attack and cancer and High blood pressure et cetera !! Death rate, 51% death rate
😮/😵🦠💩🍖 !!!
Vegans have 4% cancer, and that’s it, no heart attack, and no high blood pressure !!! Bonobos have -1% cancer ! Scientific fact !!!!!
It really makes me sad to see sweeping generalizations based on faulty science.
There is common ground on both sides. Lumping all people who eat milkshakes latte sugardrinks french fries chips cakes cookies drink alcoholic beverages store bought seed oil monstro "food" and also eat meat once a day never fast and guzzle coke take the car everywhere and call them meat eaters is just plain laughable. Even accordong to vegan doctors if you don't take supplements you are in big trouble. The damage that plants can do is measured over time and refraining from fish or meat consistantly for year upon year eventually will always end up in malnutrition sooner or later.
Hi I’m pregnant and breastfeeding 🤱 I’m 7 weeks and nursing my 9 month old exclusively. I’m vegan and I have overproduction of milk. I do agree some people are ignorant on this way of living but I definitely keep up my calories and drink 1 ensure a day. 🤗
I eat vegan food for my sakes, and for nobody else, okay?
I dont belive in that crap about be a vegan for animals right, there is way to produce meat in good way for animals, everything is not evil about meat, leather, furr etc…
I belive that kids can eat vegan but then parents really need to se they give right things their child as a child who eat meats. There never bad to learn how to do, everybofy had learn everything anywsys, nobody knows everything right a away…
I do eat honey, I font belive its harmful for bies, they dont die from it and honey doesnt come from the animal, it came from hard working animal and flower, a plant, hello…
You dont milking the bies or something else…
I do belive children needs vacin shots, heallty comes first and its like one you using it, not every day.
I dont belive that you should not do heallty check ups or, not feed your child whit what it needs, protines, vitamines etc.. as you do for child who eat meats and beeastfeeding is natural.
Does it make me not a real vegan? Bullshit, No one is better vegan then others. Learn how to eat, get knowlige about everything, how it works and enjoy your food.
I follow strongly,
Be a vegan, but be a smart vegan.
if you give your baby a vegan diet i think you are causing huge damage to it. once it is grown i don’t think it matters as much but when young i would give it the most optimal diet which includes all foods including meat so that it grows as healthy and strong as possible
Thanks a lot for the video. Very very interesting!!
I'm sure a healthy vegan diet for a child is possible but you have to be VERY careful about it if starting from infancy.
Thats what any professional I have seen seems to emphasise as I don't think they are that confident that a lot of people would ensure their child has all the nutrients required, and unfortunately children have gotten rickets, stunted growth, and calcium deficiency when the parents have not invested enough in doing it properly.
If an adult has an adverse reaction to a vegan diet they can adjust their diet to maybe go vegetarian, or whatever they want to do to make it work for them.
Whereas a young infant can't tell you if they are not reacting well to a certain diet, its your job to make sure it is working for them.
I just worry that some people don't realise this until its too late, and they already have issues from it.
Especially when they are growing so fast, and need so much.
Breastmilk is an amazing source of nutrients, but some people can't breastfeed, and from my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong), the only dairy substitute in formula is soy which has a lot of hormones, and babies can react to it.
What happens when they go through a fussy stage, as most toddlers do?
Do you just keep giving them formula?
The answer is no, it’s the opposite of safe for babies. It’s unsafe, malnourishment, and child abuse. Unfortunately I know from experience. Worst mistake of my life. Luckily I breastfed for 2+ years.
