Puis-je utiliser de la farine de blé et comment transposer les mesures de farine de gluten en farine de blé, ( blé 65, 85, ou farine complète) ? Un GRAND merci pour vos recettes. Claire

I tried some fake meat but yours is my favorite! My dough went more sticky and the texture not as well like yours but so good and crackling like a delicious piece of meat, I will work on it, thanks so much ❤
This is good but trust me its won't taste of feel lile any meat. Tbh if you are eating vegetarian food then you shouldn't expect the meat like taste and feel. Vegetarian food should be cooked in differemt way and it has a taste of its own.
