What is "extra firm silken tofu"? I've never seen such a thing… "silken tofu" is the softest tofu you should be able to find at most asian grocers and is what you should use. I've done something very similar for a vegan dairy free chocolate mousse, and depending on how much chocolate you use it can be adapted for frosting and/or filling a cake!
Basically Alton Brown's Moo-less chocolate pie, but not quite as good. Using medium firm tofu instead of silken gives a firmer, more cheesecake-like texture.
