We love quesadilla with guac! But avocados are also a great addition to your smoothies! Keep frozen pieces to throw in your blender to add good fats, fiber, and dairy-free creaminess. Plus, they provide nearly 20 vitamins and nutrients.😋🥑

BREAKFAST — snacked on banana boats w/ almond butter while I prepped our go-to tropical green smoothie loaded w/ chia, flax, dulse, spirulina, kale, collards, celery, green apple, @sunwarrior vanilla protein, banana, mango and pineapple
super high in protein & iron, as well as vitamin c, vitamin k, iodine, calcium, omega3, and more. you can’t even taste the greens in this sweet and energizing blend, making it the perfect way to introduce your kiddos’ gut microbiome to leafy greens.
waffles made w/ oats, banana, chia, and organic soy milk & topped w/ cashew butter. another meal high in protein, iron, fats, and fiber, unlike frozen store-bought waffles.
SUPPLEMENTS — liquid B12, D3, algae omega3, and probiotic
SNACK — fresh berries, mandarins and kiwis. high in vitamin c, lots of antioxidants, and healthy source of carbohydrate energy to satisfy the “sweet tooth” that we all innately have! Eat More Fruit!!!

DINNER — “pizza” pasta made w/ chickpea pasta which is super high in protein and iron. also included diced tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and cooked chickpeas for added nutrition and flavor.
