    Hello Stacia! I have a video idea for you. I was wondering if you could give us an idea of what you WERE doing when you were WFPB COMPARE to now. Because I am confused how when you showed your before pics you looked a lot heavier but that never showed in your videos. It in your videos you were really selling the “”starch solution “ and eat to your full ‘mentality. I think a lot of people are having struggles with that falsos promise that a lot of the plant based girls sell – but thankfully like you said you finally got it off!! You look amazing too! Thank you

    I've made 2 of the shakes. They're delicious and they keep me satisfied a long time!
    I literally get up in the morning excited to try the next one! Also it seems I'm tolerating the beans alright. To echo someone else who commented… page 40 Fat Free Guacamole, the last sentence is unfinished.

    Grateful to be one of the first 20! I've had a similar experience. WFPB for 2 yrs and no oil when cooking for 3 yrs. Yet, I've plateaued after losing 20 lbs. (I have 50 to go). Thanks for the encouragement!
