Im about a month in with no meat. Im in the research stage of transitioning vegan and loved yhis video. Ive never got to cook cook too much but when i do its delicious. So im excited to try some recipes. Im gonna check out all the stuff you have and see what i can make to bring to thanksgiving that everyone will eat. Def the whipped sweet pot. Mmmm
