    We made this with the pan you used, but as others have experienced, when flipping everything was mushy. After the tofu was cooked, we put it in a baking dish with sliced tomatoes on top and baked at 375* for 20 minutes. Result? Great!

    Mine failed as it didn't cook all the way through because I made it too thick, but it ended up being good tofu scramble!

    I tried to make it but it’s never working like yours. It stays in the same texture, not getting the matte look like yours. What am i doing wrong? 😢

    Looks amazing! I want to make it but i have only round pans. What kind of pan is that? Looks so interesting, never saw such thing. Later edit, looked in some of your other videos and found it explained in comments. Japonese omlette frying pan. Thanks!

    Wow, but at 2:50 minute the compound like quite different from that video show at 2:55 minute; the last seems more fluid like as it would be add more milk in the recipe.

    Tried again, same result: scramble-egg like texture. Perhaps I need a non stick pan to do it correctly. Do you cook the whole 300gr tofu in your square pan? Tks

    I tried this just now and it turned out more like scrambled eggs. How do really get that texture when it cooks at 3:00 and 3:26? (I didn't have nutritional yeast though. I replaced with curry powder)

    This is so close to the tofu scramble I make in a lot of ways that it feels like the final result miiight end up feeling like a good vegan equivalent of a french toast omelette sandwich. I'll definitely have to check this out
