What is funny people dont know that tofu is GMO, us only grows, gmo soy. All pasta, breads anything with wheat, corn is GMO. The top vegetables and fruits that are grown are some form of high fertilizer groups. Best thing to do is grow your own and microgreens

I have tried plants foods, and it's not suitable for us with diabetes type 2. Your proclaim for fruits and beans and lentils, and those are not exactly for us, but for you with diabetes type 1. You're taking insulin and that's the difference.
Watch out! Plant based nearly killed me. Carnivore Diet saved me. Reversed all my zillions of auto immune illnesses, inflammation, depression, brain fog, fatigue, etc. Too many positives to list here.

I love recipes. However, I enjoy plain fruit and vegetables. Sometimes, I get daring and put a hot pepper seasoning on my cooked vegetables. I'm slowly reading Mastering Diabetes. My standard breakfast is fruit and whole grain unsweetened cereal. I have salad and/or cooked vegetables for lunch with a serving of beans. Dinner is some type of grain and more vegetables. I have fruit or raw vegetables for snacks.
Mangos and beans? Ug. Really troubling food combining that – guaranteed – will ferment and putrify the fruit, causing too much sugar and sugar alcohols to circulate in the bloodstream. Otherwise, thanks for the recipes and great advice. Keep up the good work.
