    Oh how I loved the hashimoto's nugget at the end, thank you! And yes, smoothies gave me issues but i already had ibs. Now I chew all most of my food and am able to allow a smoothie more often again. Your gut needs time to heal and acclimate. Loved you both ladies!!! So much knowledge!!! 🙌 keep spreading the word!!!

    Anyways does anyone have this weird thing about tofu – gaining weight?
    I really like tofu. But if I eat it every day I've noticed I'm gaining weight. Anyone else with this problem?

    Once again another guest who has zero education about iodine and Lugol's solution. You cannot get the adequate iodine/iodide that we require now a days from nasty table salt. Don Bennett has been the exception. They put the least amount in salt to only stop goiters and most of that iodine evaporates.

    Solomon looks like a skeleton with a family keen on best nutrition and fitness 😊 How come ? Thomas is super tired and dark-eyed 😊 Why? Also, her proof and examples are from her family and fiction patients. We do not need plants to bind estrogen receptors. It is ridiculous to think we are dependent on plants to regulate hormones and cholesterol and estrogens and all for us 😂

    Absorbing nutrients is about the right bacteria not what science thinks it can be absorbed 😊 Especially not vegan based and biased science = all nutritional science today based on mice, rabbits and in vitro experiments + human studies that have only associations as it's immoral to experiment on humans 😊

    Forget oxalates 😊 There are a lot more antinutrients (like fibre) in all thouse greens and even more the actual nutrients are difficult to acces as compared to meat, more complicated to ballance and convert and sometimes impossible to use. Plus there are nutrients that do no exist at all in plants… But most of all we are not homos smoothivours but homo carnivorous 😊 Her husband looks so bad 😂

    She talks about her said clients but never can they be verified 😊 Not the ones that fail on her protocol also 😊 She doesn't promote foods but nutrients even though we have evolved on the fomer not the later 😂 Her "science" and experience is based on vegan consensus and agendas not on real life absorption tests and real life humans instead of mainly stay – home wives lookingto loose weight and a bad enough mental state turning into autoimmune 😊 No one jumps on this protocol for anything serious as an athlete or hard worker. Why? Everything is up for grabs and yet real humans still do not understand this wonderful diet ?! 😊

    Unfortunately she's got it all wrong 😊 Or green I should say 😊 Seed oils are for machines, greens for oxygen and supplements for anyone not eating enough meat 😊 She's got the biggest heart but she doesn't understand the first thing about how humans actually evolved 😊

    My question regarding oxalates, is what about people that have had numerous courses of antibiotics and have destroyed their Oxalaobacter formigenes in their digestive tract? Not sure the only issues from oxalates are potentially kidney stones. I have never heard Dr. Goldner address this.

    Sorry, but no. Meat rules and a whole food animal based diet doesn't require supplementation. Come to the meaty side…its healthier over here.
