Ahhh as someone in the Uk, seaweed sheets are so inaccessible and I love nori and seaweed snacks but can't find them anywhere where I live and ordering a 10 pack of sheets online for £8 is just not realistic 🙁 Wish it was different because I miss my seaweed
If you are feeling extra fancy, it is absolutely delicious with truffle oil! I usually do: gochujang canned tuna, sriracha, cucumbers, kewpie Mayo, truffle oil, toasted sesame seeds, salt, fresh ground black pepper, with a packet of seaweed. It is super a easy, delicious and filling lunch or lazy dinner.
