We just put the broccoli in and awaiting to try your recipe for the first time. I eat meat but cook vegetarian for my wife and it's really HARD to find a tofu recipe this simple. I'll report back in a half hour with an update.
A roast is the one thing I have really missed since becoming plant based, so I tried this today for our Sunday lunch… YUM! I don't drink alcohol but added a bit of balsamic and tsp of coconut sugar instead of the sherry for the gravy, which was delicious too. Thank you very much, I found you by accident but am now a subscriber as lots of your other recipes also look great!

I'd like to make this tonight. Being in Maine with no Bisto in sight, I found 'Kitchen Bouquet' browning & seasoning sauce in my pantry, it's vegan too. I'm giving it a shot.
