    Are you concerned most of your protein is sourced from powders and the lack of bioavailability in plant foods? I was vegan 3 years and I’ve had a plethora of health issue occur around the 2 year mark. Started eating REAL grass fed/finished meats and less vegetables, my hair stopped thinning, migraines vanished, muscles aches gone, lost 40lbs of fat, fixed my hormone imbalance, libido increase, my energy levels are significantly higher. All within a matter of 7 months I’ve reversed what 3 years of veganism did to my health. Keep in mind I was also working out and doing the same activities throughout both diets. If Anyone is seeing this with the same problems I had don’t be afraid to make the switch for yourself. It’s the cycle of life and our ancestors have got us where we are today as omnivores. If veganism works for you, then do you. Just sharing my experience.
