Wow Awesome!! I'm surprised 2000 calories looks like a lot less than I thought it would be. I gotta try meal prepping.
Sweet view count bro
looks delicious

Awesome work! I'll definitely try these, thanks! 👍
I'm aware chopping garlic, and onions 10 minutes before cooking is good for anti cancer benefits.
Does keeping garlic or onions in the fridge help preserve their anti-cancer properties?
Thank you!!!

Will you be at Camp Out 2024 Hench? Dr Gregor's going to be there!
But how do you get all of the amino acids, oh right yeah all plants have them all 😂
What are soya chunks, where can I get them and how the hell do you do all this in forty minutes
''Chop the oat bake to 8 equally sized pieces this will make it way easier to get into your Gob'' 🤣 Bloody Amazing video Bro!
Thanks for this , I have questions:
isn't there too much soya products? (some say it increases the estrogen levels)
i'll try with some replacements.
Good luck and peace! ♥
Does the tofu 'mayo' taste as good as helmans?
I love the look of the sweet and sour soya chunks 😋 I'm going to have to try out some of these, maybe adapt them a little here and there to my taste 🙂 Thanks for the meal prep ideas ! 🌱🍠
Great video, thanks Paul & Gemma.
There's a new supermarket opened downstairs from my shop and it's been a blessing. It's all foreign import mainly from India and Pakistan. I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and have totally cut out all processed food since I joined. Just been making loads of stuff with lentils, beans and chickpeas to get my protein in but I bought a bag of dried soya mince the other day. The thing I find weirdest is when I used to buy soya mince from tesco or Morrisons etc, it gave me indigestion. When I eat pasta from UK supermarkets I also get indigestion. I don't get indigestion from the soya mince or pasta from that shop though. I honestly believe the food we have in the UK is sprayed with some form of pesticide that's causing all these ailments. Maybe even why we have such a huge number of things like alzheimers as well. Why do I always get indigestion from tescos own pasta but never ever negative side effects from pasta imported from Pakistan. Bit off topic but I find it odd.
The no tuna sweet corn is a brilliant!! Recipe, I love the mayo alternative !!
