I thought polyunsaturated oils cause inflammation . now they're good again?
Misinformation on saturated animal fats. Correct on ultra-procossed foods.
Protein dense diets should be at the top of that list.
I find it interesting that Paul Salidino has now added fruit and honey to his “carnivore” diet… something like 300 grams of carbs a day.
I guess sunning his junk didn’t raise his testosterone enough to get to the minimum level 😂😅

If all healthy diets are more or less equal then the arbiter must be morality.
No evidence that you need to eat fiber and lots of evidence to eat saturated fats and meat.
Even the USDA admits there is no conclusive evidence we need to put a limit on saturated fats.

you forgot to say low in red meat
You left out very low in refined carbohydrates, although it's partially included in UPF's. I would also say high in protein, low in salt, and moderate in calories.
Well said. It really is that easy for the majority(obviously the unlucky few have allergies or intolerances to certain otherwise healthy foods) . I'm 50 and follow that diet, and the nurse while discussing my over 50's blood test said they were the best she'd see in years, and asked me what my secret was! lol

How about the oxidational effects of polyunsaturated fats which by the way contain too much omega6 which causes inflammation and by that disease.
