Hi after applying butter cream whether we should freeze it or we can use

If you're like me and not interested in buying 9 baby pumpkins to steal their lil stems off…. you can simply use a single piece of dry pasta for these stems. Rigati or penne rigate would work best! Use a child's paint brush or paper towel wrapped around your finger and dry brush on a small bit of gel food coloring onto the pasta. It dries crazy fast (unless you use too much) and BOOM you have perfectly sized stems. Use sedan rigati if you prefer a more curved stem… with dry pasta the choices are many!
** One more tip- for a quick super easy clean up when using paper towel method, 1st wrap your finger in a small piece of press-n-seal (cling wrap).

I followed the recipe but i used 2 large bundt pans.. it came out beautifully! The cake was moist and delicious! I wish i could post a picture of it!

That really looks delicious! the Swiss Colony makes mini pumpkin spice cake balls that are smaller, but are delicious, Do these taste like them? Does anyone know?
