The one i bought has 45 calories for slice of bread so 90 calories + penut butter (just me but i only did 2 table spoons of penut butter powder and 1.5 regular water). 10 calorie jam and 160 calorie pb&J, sometimes i dont want jam in my sandwich so basically can make 2 penut butter sandwiches fiber rich and protein rich

raw honey I think makes this even better, anti bacterial with zero fat added.
Being fully disabled and cannot exercise and needing to lose weight I will look into this diet.

I've seen a lot of people thickening up their PB2 and adding volume with beans, lol, like pinto or cranberry beans, mashed up. Beans keep it low in calories and are similar texture to peanut butter. They may also add some protein powder but I'm not 100%; anyway, I know there are recipes like this that I really wanna try bcuz let's face it, PB2 is kinda lacking something even if u add the swerve and salt to it 😅
