Who is this lunatic?
Need to get diet correct on an individual basis. So what was missing to get it right?
Get rid of yeast infections by limiting sugar and wheat to the 6/9 rule. 6 tsp/day for chicks, 9 for dudes per day. That's all the liver can handle before turning fatty and letting bad bugs dominate
Food is powerful but not almighty. And it would be stupid in my eyes not to use the modern tool box of medicine if you can only get so far (in time) regarding health matters to improve as needed. Some people can not handle „moderation“ and it is easier for them to avoid certain things at all. But it might still not be enough. I turned vegan with medium fat (25% of calories ~ 50-60g per day), low salt 10 years ago, lost s couple of pounds only as I had been at a nearly perfect weight all my life with an omnivore but whole foods diet. (I was conditioned for life by my Mum & Dad who lived through wartimes and post – wartime food scarcity NOT to eat „garbage“ but my potatoes, veggies, hearty grains & whole grain (!) bread and fruit but little meat (expensive!). We ate a lot of fish though living near the coast. Snacking after dinner was a no-go during my childhood until I left home at the age of 19. The kitchen was cleaned & closed after 7:30pm latest unless festive days or when having friends over for dinner. (So this whole intermittent „fasting“ hype was a strange thing to me because I thought that was a natural thing you do over night anyway.
I turned vegan at the age of 50 when I became aware of high blood pressure. Nobody in my family history has it! And I was quite athletic, ideal weight and eating quite healthily at that time – even by my now plant focused point of view now).
I did the majority of the things (as they are accumulating) to lower it, with success to a certain extent but it was still not enough by quite a margin.
So after two years trying I decided to take a mild dose of blood pressure medicine with then ALL my blood test markers being perfect. And I enjoy a salty Asian noodle dish sometimes (which I can not mitigate by an increased intake of potassium 😎 as those are simply too salt dense). And I enjoy me regular glass of wine and a nice Gin-Tonic too sometimes. 😎 Life is good (nutritionwise 😉).
Diet is the answer: let go of your carb addiction, go keto or even better, go carnivore, and notice restored health from the start.
Ngl this is your best video so far
As a recovering orthorexic, thank you for this.
