I love how this video is teaching you all the basics while simultaniously giving us reference to many of other useful youtube channels that we can learn from. Really made the job of a learning cook a lot more easier. For learning something as necessry as cooking skills that we all should have been taught at school but wasn't, I am glad youtubers like this exist.

Hey nick I really love your videos and cooking I wish I could cook like you can! But that’s really hard I don’t have most of the stuff to cook. I cook for my family and can’t make small dishes mostly because of that, but also that I don’t have the stuff you do. I wish i could cook like you do! And make my own video or post the stuff I make. I wish you well, and just want to let you know that you’re amazing at cooking and inspired me to cook more dishes. I hope you have a beautiful day nick!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Such a great tutorial for the inexperienced cook! It’s also great that you’re young, because so many young people don’t cook and never had the influence of a mother or grandmother to teach them! I tried to teach my daughter everything I know and hopefully she applies it now that she is an adult!🎉

Fun Fact and an intresting recipie,
As a Indian, Brown butter is Ghee aka purified butter, very easy to make. Indians like to filter the brown butter before letting it solidify this is to remove all the fats that are at the bottom. And the best part is that the fat at the bottom can be mixed with sugar or jaguary and eaten, it is delicious (no food wasted)
Was the ending of this video a bit of foreshadowing for Manny quitting?
