Can we talk about dates? All these recipes specify the medjool variety – but they are not very tasty as compared to others, like the Chameem dates from Iran which are creamy and smooth. So why medjool?

Everyone LOVES ice cream! I make mine in the food processor with a can of chickpeas and then some frozen mixed berries. Whiz it up and its scoopable! I love your idea of piping the soft serve through a fancy tip like that. Looks delicious!
