Tahini is oil…sesame seed oil with the solids still in. Yeah, I'm a purist, so I'll make it sans tahini.

Absolutely HATE the intro music. Seems like so many YouTubers think they’re a professional or whatever like on network tv or something. Ugggh. I sorry to be hatin’ but I wish YouTubers would just get to the point and the video. An elaborate video intro then immediately you see the person is just in their own home kitchen, on their iPhone which is just unnecessary and seems so forced. Other that that great video
