YUM!! Damn, I just made this for the first time and itβs really delish! Iβve made jackfruit dishes in the past and I could never get over the briney taste that I couldnβt seem to get rid of. I love pickles, donβt get me wrong, but the brine taste was always overpowering everything. It was killing it for me. This recipe is seriously fire, spicy and smokey in the best of ways, flavorful, and good texture. I am going to make a triple batch next time to freeze and save. So good!
