My cats and I eat the same chicken thighs and ground beef. All three of us are healthy and normal weight. If vegan works for you, that's great. Interesting video though.

No. Plant based is not healthy and filled with antinutrients, plant toxins .. watch yourself lose your health. Lol you feel good for the first bit because you cut out processed foods. … but you need meat. Meat is the perfect food. Your ancestors would live on meat for the harsh winters, and thrive. Meat has everything you need. They didn’t have supplements or exotic fruits. .. this is wild to me how is that not understood? Your ancestors weren’t counting calories. Like my god
