I loved the rant lol. I used to think I was a failure if I ate faux meat or used protein powders. I'll never be a bikini model or be a body builder, but I can aim for better fitness and muscle.
I have another question! In your target carbohydrate amount, do you include also the fiber amount(total carbs) or you don't take fiber into account (net carbs)? So at the end of your day, are 161g of carbs including fiber or excluding it? I tried searching on your channel to see if you had a video on excluding or not fiber when calculating carbs, but I couldn't find any. Articles on the internet recommend to exclude fiber from the carbs count, but I'm unsure what to do.
I've added up the numbers you display at the end 161*4+46*9+141*4= 1622(if my math is right), not 1589, so 1622 is with fiber and 1589 is without?
I plugged the food from the video into cronometer out of curiosity and there is quite a discrepancy when it comes to fats and protein, they came out as 35.4g and 121.8g, though carbs are quite similar 163.1 (total carbs including fiber). Without fiber it would be 120.2, so I suppose you do include fiber in the calculation of your carbs. Having such different numbers in cronometer vs myfitnesspal does show how much of a guess these apps are making, it's definitely not an exact science. 🙂
Yay! You promised and delivered! I also would be interested in a refeed day. It's so easy to go crazy with that so I'd love to see how to do it responsibly. Thanks for your content!
I love eating real food. I am so done with protein powder after all of that during weight loss surgery. I don't even like bars which I use only in a pinch
Hi what is the name of the song playing during the class??
Where do you order the Yves products from? We can’t find them locally.

the satisfaction of ending the day with enough macros for a spoonful of peanut butter is chefs kiss (got that twice this week!)

Great video – what is a good substitute for oatmeal? Oatmeal is one item I struggle to eat (texture).
I love that type of class format! We used to have a gym here with classes like that.
Thanks for the video! They always inspire me. Could you share the incline level and the speed you set when you do the 30 minutes incline walk?

Epic rant of pure sensibility at breakfast! What's your option on having IPA's/ alcohol?
Easy home mock meat I've been making.
Sprouts high protein tofu
Smashed walnuts
Hemp seeds
Soy sauce
Spice to whatever genre, Italian, taco, Cajun, autumny
how do you calculate how much cardio you need on a cut in addition to your strength training?
Thank you for this! Quick question…how long do you air fry the "chick" strips? Also…would you share a refeed day? Love this content!
I love when you do these because I get some ideas for meals!
