This looks delicious, but I'm having some trouble with the ingredients. Which brand of coconut milk did you use? Is it from a can, e.g. the kind you'd usually use in curries that has a higher fat content?
This looks delicious. Anything with coconut is amazing. While I don't normally like chocolate alone… adding chocolate to coconut is like reading a magic spell and not a recipe.
Hey Kristine, the Bounty Cake can be frozen once done until the day before serving and then put in the fridge overnight if needed?
