So why are documentaries like “What the Health”, “Game Changers”, and “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” pushed so hard in the media? I haven’t seen one documentary, at least not on Netflix, as the previous mentioned on carnivores. 🤷🏾♀️
I can’t help but think about vegan influencer Tabitha Brown. I love her spirit and personality, but I still choose the carnivore woe. I tried veganism and gained weight and was hungry all the time. That was enough to make me try the carnivore lifestyle. So far, it’s working for me.
Perhaps, doctor, you could delve into the topic of metabolic acidosis and its connection to bone loss caused by a high-protein diet rich in animal foods. The type of diet we consume can significantly impact our body's acid-base balance. In broad terms, foods like meat, eggs, and cheese contribute to increased acid production in the body, while fruits and vegetables have an alkalizing effect. Consequently, an animal-based high-protein diet can exacerbate metabolic acidosis by imposing a substantial acid load. The body attempts to neutralize or store this excess acid, often at the expense of bone and muscle. This process results in a decline in serum bicarbonate levels.
Research suggests that reducing the dietary acid load by decreasing protein intake and incorporating vegetable proteins while increasing the consumption of fruits and vegetables can lead to improved metabolic parameters, preservation of bone and muscle mass.
I tried vegan for 3 months…….I went sick 2 times during this period so I know now that plants destroys me. Now I'm on ketovore, olmost strickly meat, eggs and yoghurt. Doing this for 8 months now and I feel like I'm 8 years younger!!
I used to be vegan and vegetarian for 20 y I came back because health issues. As vegan we can survive thanks to supplements .. but to live fully and healthy life is another story… My hair..skin and muscle are completely different right now.. I'm different! Please give up vegan diet so quickly as possible!
One thing I’ve never understood. The notion that carnivore and keto diets are not sustainable long term. But why are vegan diets, which are for all intents and purposes restrictive also, not ever painted in that context? No one ever seems to disparage the vegan lifestyle as being non sustainable.
And I’ve never believed so called long term vegans. I believe they are mostly closeted supplementers and cheaters. It would physiologically impossible to be vegan long term given the macro and micronutrient deficiencies.
14 years vegan, and I regret it. In the beginning it was great, but I was slowly detoriating. I lost my hair, bad anxiety and anger issues. Sunken eyes, and the typical "lacking collagen sunken face". Got easier injured, and was hard to recover from injuries. Poor brain function, my brain got more and more stupid. Insomnia. Frequent urination, always feeling cold. Digestive issues. Neurological damage. Tics/spasms in face, which btw was looking very anemic.
What most vegans rely on, are blood tests. When they show ok, no questions asked, and no connecting dots. Ive learned to not fully rely on bloodwork (especially not for minerals), but rather look at symptoms.
After only 1 week with eggs and some salmon, I experienced improvement in cognitive function. After a short while my anxiety improved, and all my hair grew back withing 1 year. My lips changed from very pale to normal within a few weeks, and I no longer have sunken eyes.
This was just from eating a normal amount of animal protein, not carnivore or even keto.
I am still watching vegan influencers who have detoriated badly, but they are still clining to their ideology and have not yet realized how bad they look.

I found a shirt that says, “Life is too short to be vegan.” I instantly added it to cart😂

Vegans, or, as I like to call them, vegenerates.
You can tell us apart. Healthy looking and the you got emaciated! I'll keep Carnivore ❤

Yea I was vegan for 11 years and tried every different type of vegan diet I could but nothing could stop the pain
This isn't cherry-picking. I looked at the original X posting, and it's about 95% regrets.
Best advert for carnivore is vegans….
This is why I'm very worried about the effect of the vegan push on the health of children. I.m.o. they may be pushed to a life of chronic illness.
Why don't they sue these vegan influencers?
