    I use an "old style" pressure cooker. Do the times for the insta-pot equal the times for the pressure cooker?

    You are the best whole plant food cooking show. I'm amazed you don't have double, triple, or quadruple views. I love your recipes, although I must say I usually make them easier by using frozen vegetables. I also have a tendency to just dump & cook instead of sauteing.
