I saw this video two days early and basically memorized it, I bought all my fresh veggies, chopped them up and had everything ready. When I added the green curry paste I felt a fishy smell and turns out the paste was not vegetarian and had shrimp paste in it 😩😭 I was soooo disappointed, please everyone check the ingredients in your curry paste before cooking!
Hmmm going to try but usually they want oil garlic ginger and curry fried first. Going to try but i think it will be bland.
