Would you use this meal as a post-workout meal? It clearly boasts enough carbohydrates, yet I've read that not all of the carbs within legumes become digested into muscle glycogen.

Your doing really well on this channel so far good job.
The bodybuilders I know are always saying being vegan is extremely expensive… But I am pretty sure it's just the steroids talking to them that way.
Really appreciate the content Lee! You eat like I do (simple, easy, cheap) but I donโt meal prep so itโs nice to see how easy it can be done.
