Is high LDL cholesterol a one-way ticket to heart disease? Why is there still so much controversy and debate about this?

Or maybe those people were 500 lbs before they started and there system could not handle it
He lost me 10 seconds in with "I decided to get an angiogram for peace of mind"… say what??!
what the doctors are telling us is false insulin resistance is the cause of many of the health issues like diabetes high blood pressure sugar spikes heart disease and even cancers so what is the core problem its our diet cut out sugar processed foods vegetable oils margarine and eat butter lard olive oil or coconut oil eat vegetables fruit meat and what our grandparents used to eat and you will find your self yourself getting healthier i was on statins and the side effects were worse than the benefits so i quit the medication and it was costing me money just to get the prescription every three months so i am able to function alot better now that i am off the medication.
Thank you Doc for Sharing š„©

Well, duh… hardly anybody eats carnivore to begin with and those who do are probably people who care about their health to begin with. That's healthy user bias.
What did the quack say?
My buddy is 42 and been on carnavore for 2 years. Quit smoking and drinking chewed nicotine gum still. Had a heart attack the other day. Who knows what caused it but kinda scares me away from carnavore
This guy shredded that cardiologist apart
You don't get heart decease overnight. It's from years/decades of life style choices and following outdated healthy diets, like the FDA food pyramid.
Iām whole food plant based and it has changed my life. Everyoneās family history is different. Heart disease, stroke, high bp, strokes. All meat and cheese lovers! SO, Dr John McDougall had a stroke at a very young age! He went whole food plant based and no more problems. He wrote The Starch Solution. There are people who can get away with eating carnivore, keto and there are people who canāt. Dr Caldwell Esselstyn Jr wrote, How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease. Heās also whole food plant based . I think family history is SO IMPORTANT!
Oddly enough I just responded to a few presenters (with 0 days of medical school) and Drs (who are presenters telling people who are Not their patients) that meat based diets will kill them. They all, especially Drs addressing people they have never met, need to temper their messages, stick to their own patients and stop telling people "your Drs are lying to you," I'm in my 20s, I've been carnivore (with a few kitchen sink salads thrown in) once a month or so š for two years now.I don't need weight loss, I don't have skin issues….I decided to try the carnivore diet to help with the pesky joint pain from military marching and sleeping on cold ground in the field. It works Amazingly well on those issues and others I face including energy, mental clarity and brain function. My Drs, by the way, are very happy with my experiences and bloodwork numbers. Should Drs even be dispensing medical advice, to anyone, on X? I feel them doing so is irresponsible and dangerous.
Did he get the experimental jab?
This man isnāt even a Proper Dr ā¦ā¦Bart Kay took him on & hes butt hurt big timeā¦..his business is Stents and he needs SAD Diet patients knocking his doors downā¦..and expects to head up conferences he has no business standing in front ofā¦ā¦.I think his hair dye has seeped into his brainā¦..š¤¬š¦šŗš„©š„©š„©
Oh yes, everything, but the jabityjab causes heart attacksš
Eating meat causes heart disease?? lol ok ! Thereās a reason people become so so much healthier when they eliminate processed foods. Look at the strictly meat or strictly fruit eaters. They just continue to get healthier. Now I believe fruit eaters eventually become lacking once they clean out the junk. Not sure about the meat eaters. But eating meat or fruit after years of eating junk is clearly healthy
you forgot the word.. did
my father 70 kept saying similar thing as you were saying. he had no problem at any health check and suddnely he got heart failure. its sudden. what he was eating? meat . every single day. bacon ham 5 eggs a day , beef pork hotdogs. this kind of thing never show a sign before you actually notice. and what about my granda who was 105 ? she had no issue at all . she never needed doctor. what she was eating ? rice veggie and fish.
this kind of thing happens suddnely. u can never know cuz those checks at clinic doenst show the sign all the time. u r stupid.
That cardiologist looks like a vegan woofter of the woke cult under heavy medication.
The proof for me is that many people live for many years with super high cholesterol, but if a person's Glucose gets super high, they will die that very same day!!
What about Dr David Sinclairs findings about centinerians… A 80% plant based diet and fasting lowers our biological age???
So many people have been having strokes this past year or two – and all the ones I know of – were NOT on keto!!
I was on the carnivore diet for a little while actually was the keto diet I am now going on a hardcore keto almost carnivore diet. In between these two situations that I have I did drop off of the keto diet. When I was on my keto diet I had really bad COPD like symptoms from years of smoking and they seem to have completely gone away. After dropping off of the keto diet for a little while a lot of the symptoms had come back now I've gone back on it again and it seems to be that I'm losing weight and the amount of phlegm that I cough up in the morning seems to be going down again.
If I eat vegetables and meat and I going to the hospital for heart problems?
I would call my diet keto with one serving of either pumpkin or sweet potato a day and one peice of fruit a day. Maybe these 2 small servings of carbs are going to save my life.
The only thing I've heard negatively about the carnivore diet which is a big deal, do not do it if your kidney numbers are not optimal. A family member had a very good physician who told her never to go on a keto or carnivore diet because it can affect her kidneys. I would say if that is true have your kidney numbers checked more often.
There is so much focus on all these different diets and exercises on social media that alot of people are not even thinking about their spirit life which will go on forever long after these bodies die. In saying that, we are told not to defile these temples we live in. And that would include among many things how we take care of our bodies.
I am a 67 year old female whose LDL has always been above the allowed limit. I told my doctor I did not want to go on statins. So, at 55 he suggested I have the CAC Scoring done and it came back 0 calcification. Then again at 60, 0 calcification. Had it done at 65 and it had only went up to 2.4 which is still a low score. My triglycerides were only 49 and the good cholesterol was 60. My blood sugar was 81. I have been low carb, high protein (not keto), good fats for 4 years. I have also been intermittent fasting 2 meals a day for 4 years. Best thing I've ever done. Don't have to think about food or what I'm going to eat. I have a plan everyday. No snacking and it has kept me from having low blood sugar crashes all the time like I have had all my life. It's not a diet, it's just a healthier way of eating for me. We need to eat to live, not live to eat.
