hey don't know if you tried it, but adding olive oil straight from the bottle to your foods that adds up easy calories and plus those are healthy fats bc when you use it for cooking it looses some properties bc of the heat, also great video!
Thanks for the advices! The consume of proteins and calories looks pretty balanced as you have a lot of meals during the day. I struggle a lot cause as i'm mostly vegetarian, and i'm consuming a large amount of eggs every day and I need to vary the type of proteins I consume daily. Also whey shakes makes my stomach , if someone have other recommendatios for less artificial proteins I would appreciate
