Another great, upbeat video, particularly for those of us who aren’t naturals in the kitchen. It’s easy for me to get busy, waylaid and eat unbalanced “meals.” The beauty of batching is the mix and match possibilities – not to mention that I don’t have to overthink what I have to cook at the end of a long or harried day. Thank you for all you do. You are an inspiration!
Very inspiring video and it all looks so delicious. The only minimal thing I could criticize are the plastic containers, which are outdated when it comes to climate change and avoiding plastic. It would be good to use reusable glas or steel containers to save our planet, also regarding the harmful xeno hormones in plastic which are diffusing in the food. Take care!!!

Neato! I love batching so I don't have to think about food later just get it in the belly. Is there a reason to drain the beans or you just like them that way? Any tips for keeping those avocado pieces looking fresh? Maybe some lemon? I am wondering if a little aquafaba drained from those chickpeas mixed with some lemon would do the trick. Have you tried that?
Let me tell you how to fry tofu. I have no accountability to a six pack. So this is how you dream of cooking it. I coat it, sliced thinly, in shawarma seasoning. Then in bbq sauce and vinegar . Then I batter it in a bowl with a lid full of flour by shaking it like crazy. I get all the breading done instantly with no mess. Then I pan fry in oil on low heat. Flipping often. My tofu? It stands on its own. You can eat without adding it to some other dish. Add gravy or tartare to make it fish or chicken. But even on its own, just as fried tofu, it is good. Don’t get me started on the tiny bits. So full of flavour. You can’t imagine.

Any way to lower the fat content on these? I’m trying to keep at about 20 grams, or less, of fat per day for weight loss. My guess is maybe a lot of the fat comes from the grams seeds and peanut butter sauces. Maybe white beans in place of hemp seeds and PB2 in place of actual peanut butter?
Aside from that, these look like great recipes and I’m going to give them a try!
I do use costco for some things but they don't carry enough organic for me…peppers, potatoes, beans and so on.
